WELCOME TO THE FIRST PLANNING POST!

Congratulations on being accepted into the game. Now let's have a big meeting post, plan and have fun together!

AU PLANNING

The AU in this game is completely player's choice. We encourage you to take a look at the city and plan accordingly! Your AU information can be added to your character hub, should you desire. As long as it is available somewhere, and others can take a quick glance and know what the character's AU is.

We only ask that you try to keep everything tasteful and respect our decision if we feel you're going too far. As the game begins, you are free to continue using this post to plan or ask the mods first-post related questions. We'll do our best to answer in a timely manner!

The city of Eddan is very much a typical metropolis, so your characters can have any job that would make sense in a busy city. They don't have to be restricted to the school, or have a school job. If you're not sure, don't be shy about asking. There's a lot of freedom!

There is also a randomized AU signup if you'd like to leave it to chance who your family members are and establish pre-game CR with new people. But if you'd rather leave it for now and wait for other app turns, that's also fine!

ARRIVAL

The first log for the 2nd round will be posted on JUNE 17TH. Please vote on what time you want it to be posted. We'll go with player majority! (As a note, this will be done for all rounds).

So Jaune (John) is a year under him in school and two years his junior in age. Not bad! Although as I have discovered in this game, age doesn't really mean much to Jaune.

I think the student council will be a good opening for these two to have pre-established CR. He also has a lot of friends in gardening, so they could bump into each other there as well, but the council should be solid enough I think. I don't think John got involved in it until senior cycle though--cause he was pretty timid as a kid. So maybe something about Augustus taking him under his wing when he first joined a few years ago and now he's a fairly solid member. Probably looks up to Augustus for being so hardworking when a lot of times he feels kind of inferior. He's certainly more social though, which I think we discussed.

That sounds like a great idea! August can give him advice when he needs and in return John can keep him company/talk to people for him when he's too busy. He's a quiet sort of friend so he doesn't talk much and his idea of hanging out is working together in the same room... but he'll try his best.

Since they know each other for a while, John would probably also know of his passing out issue. He'll be fine if you just leave him to rest for a while, he'll wake up soon enough.

Jaune could honestly use some more quiet friends...cause I think he works well with them. He's friendly, but as his username implies he isn't the best in big social settings like parties and things.

Basically John is fine with just working quietly in a room XD it'll be a nice break from loud cafe work.

That works then! August is more awkward than John tbh so they can just be quiet buddies together
