INFORMATION POST (SEPTEMBER 1ST)

cordibusHello everyone! We're very sorry for the radio silence of the past few weeks due to real life situations. Now that we have a bit more breathing room, we're making sure that this doesn't happen again. Recursion may be a tiny game, but it has an amazing group of players which is why we want to continue onward! Which brings us to a few things:
MOD HELPER APPS
The signups for the helper apps is now (finally) open. You have until SEPTEMBER 15TH to submit your application if you are interested. Even if you've just newly joined, that's fine as well!
Once we have a team, we will be updating the pages accordingly, and moving most of the links to a community where helper mods will be able to modify the pages as well. Most of the website will be moved to DW in its entirety. It was meant as a test, but we feel that now sticking to just DW for most of the setting information while keeping the few things that can't be carried over like the weather system is for the best. The webpages will still be up, but they'll be acting as the DW backup instead of the other way around.
Once we have more helpers we will be opening the other sections of the game as well like the Velvet Room requests and giving the Command Tower the section it deserves (for those new to the game, it was a live action battle chess game made by the players in the early weeks).

AWAKENING BONUS INFO
The Awakening for this month will be a little different! There will be some additional information given to you by Luci, but the older characters will be given the targets via their phones and instructed to prod them before they get their first message from him (and everyone knows that Luci's messages are very nice to newcomers). What prodding means is up to the players, however Luci will suggest that bringing out strong emotions really helps (please do not kill the pre-awakened, however).
The log will also take place during the school's opening ceremonies so characters that attend or work at the school will also get a few bonus prompts to get those pre-awakened to awakened.

Overall and most importantly, we would like to thank this little group for sticking with us! Currently we're operating a little more silently until we feel the game is back up to speed. This is, however the perfect time to make changes and hopefully make the game better for everyone. We might be tiny, but we want to give you the best experience possible!
In short, the game would not exist without you and we look forward to the game's progress!
