Probably some apartments and town houses around here, too? Blue French Horn cafe is in this area, and I already said something about Jaune being able to walk to work (they do NOT live above the cafe).

But, yeah, I picked Eastmount for that proximity and it would make sense to have restaurants and shops near a campus like Green Valley.
