When Michi realizes he's Kidou, basically yeah. His old mentor was the big bad of the series, and most of his arc involves dealing with that (poorly) or trying to find ways around it. He's not really drawn to evil except to stop it, but Kidou has the worst luck ever, of all time. He's the series chew toy.
It'll be interesting. Kidou's someone capable of accepting all kinds of people to work with them if he has to, provided they're not doing bad things. So a villain of circumstance would make things complicated. Kidou comes to an understanding/at least semi friendly working team with someone who was (but isn't anymore) in canon more than once.
