While I don't know if Fubuki's ever played Mario Kart, the game is definitely something Kouyuki would play given half the chance, and Fubuki himself never says no to anything fun.

Unsurprisingly, Fubuki would main the brothers Mario and Luigi, though whom he'd favor would depend upon which of his own personalities was dominant at the time. For example, Shirou would prefer Luigi, while Atsuya would prefer Mario. And then there's Kouyuki who would probably pick Wario, Waluigi, or Bowser...

Shirou is generally happy just to be playing and doesn't mind what place he comes in (as long as it's not dead last) but this is also because he probably spends more time hitting boxes and trying to trip up his opponents than anything else. Generally, he's just happy if everyone else is having fun. It's important to remember, however, that while he laughs off attacks, he also silently swears revenge with a smile.

Atsuya is aggressive with a capital A and will try to outrace anyone and everyone. Coming in second isn't acceptable...which means there's definitely some spinouts and moments where he gets stuck in corners, etc. If he doesn't rage quit playing altogether, he'll adamantly demand to replay a level in an attempt to bump up his score and come in first. Bring earplugs. He shouts a lot. And won't let you live down losing. He's also the only one who favors any levels, with a strong preference towards water and ice fields.

Lastly, Kouyuki is fairly determined to win, but equally determined to hit as many boxes as possible in attempt to knock out other players or slow them down. He favors turtle shells and banana peels, but sometimes in his eagerness to set up a trap he falls into one another player has set up, or even one of his own. He never quits, though...not unless he completely fails out of a race and comes in last, at which point he'll be the first to suggest playing something more active.
