WELCOME TO THE FIRST PLANNING POST!

Congratulations on being accepted into the game. Now let's have a big meeting post, plan and have fun together!

AU PLANNING

The AU in this game is completely player's choice. We encourage you to take a look at the city and plan accordingly! Your AU information can be added to your character hub, should you desire. As long as it is available somewhere, and others can take a quick glance and know what the character's AU is.

We only ask that you try to keep everything tasteful and respect our decision if we feel you're going too far. As the game begins, you are free to continue using this post to plan or ask the mods first-post related questions. We'll do our best to answer in a timely manner!

The city of Eddan is very much a typical metropolis, so your characters can have any job that would make sense in a busy city. They don't have to be restricted to the school, or have a school job. If you're not sure, don't be shy about asking. There's a lot of freedom!

There is also a randomized AU signup if you'd like to leave it to chance who your family members are and establish pre-game CR with new people. But if you'd rather leave it for now and wait for other app turns, that's also fine!

The first log will be posted on MAY 13TH. Please vote on what time you want it to be posted. We'll go with player majority! (As a note, this will be done for all rounds).

I'm actually not sure what she's like pre-Awakening because it's so hard not to imagine her as a little nightmare that I'm not sure what I'm giving away and taking away yet, haha.

But I'm down for this! I don't think she'd need protecting (people usually need to be saved from her), but I could easily see them giving each other a hard time while Gladion was still in primary school (I'm guessing he's only two grades above her?) or living near each other...in which case, yeah, she'd definitely bother him just because proximity. I'd be down for anything.

He will be very confused but maybe he will learn that popping in on people at midnight is not generally considered acceptable. One can hope.

Oh Akira gets picked on a lot he just... doesn't notice/care most of the time. So yeah, Asher could definitely chase off some bullies and... deal with the weird kid who doesn't understand what just happened.

Hooray, another primary school person! :D Pharos/'Akira' will be... probably two levels lower than her but if they still have recess she might have seen the weird kid who gets picked on and doesn't seem to care at all.

...Also I think by Shinjiro's housemate that's me so I'm fine with this. :P

I'm up for keeping the general idea of the CR from the tdm? Though we threaded post awakening, but Pharos/Akira is probably involved in band at least a little.

Oh, boy, a victim? ...but if he doesn't care at all, Miu (at least in her awakened state!) would probably try to stick up for him.

And excellent! Saff and I did some preliminary plotting on Discord in case I did app, but that's pretty much all I did before this. Hello, neighbor.

Oh man, I'm coming in so late to this but I'm Fridge, and I'm bringing Yuuri Katsuki from that skating anime!

I'm taking it pretty easy with his AU details;
- his name is going to be the same
- his canon age is 24, but seeing as he'd be a little too young to be an established school counselor at that age, he is going to think he's closer to being 28-ish at this point — just think a super baby faced guy.
- he'd have been working at the school for a while now, first as a sort of an assistant role and stepping into this position properly a couple of years ago, so if you want CR with him that spans out for a while then that's fine with me as well.
- somehow ends up working with a lot of angry teenagers, but really, his office is open to every student or teachers who want a listening ear.
- he doesn't really do any sports per se, but he did do some ballet when he was younger, and I can always work in something along that line him too if anyone was keen for that. Maybe helps out with the dance elective? some kind of club activity? Productions choreographing? Whatever you can think up!
- he hasn't got any immediate family living in the city! he's moved here from whereever when he first started working as an intern/assistant and he's pretty comfortable living here. I'm not really looking for any family for him at the moment.
- he has a little toy poodle that he loves a lot and who's going to devastate him post-AU
- yuuri is a really nice sympathetic guy, and he tries really hard to be helpful to people as much as he can

That's pretty much it for now...

I'm particularly looking for:
Friendly CR! Students? Teachers? Neighbours? Someone whose icecream his dog stole? Anything!

Kiriya Kujo | Kamen Rider Ex-Aid

Hi, I'm Airdra, and I'll be bringing y'all Kiriya Kujo from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid after being suddenly enabled here.

In canon: Kiriya is a coroner in a world that's been hit with the "game disease," which is essentially what happens when people get infected by video game monsters called Bugsters that must be defeated before they kill their hosts and take on a permanent solid form. These monsters must be fought by Kamen Riders who use special toyetic equipment to transform and defeat the Bugsters. Kiriya became Kamen Rider Lazer, who was unique in that he literally turned into a motorcycle and needed someone to ride him until he found a decent powerup. Awkward.

To keep things brief, Kiriya had a reputation for being a dishonest man, and he was slowly working towards proving himself and that he could actually be trustworthy. He became fixated on finding the truth behind the Bugsters, and this was a direct cause of his untimely demise.

In the AU: Kiran Sparrow is a medical school washout who was caught running an elaborate cheating scheme on his exams. Shortly after getting kicked out, he became a motorcycle racer, which didn't last very long because he got caught fixing races. It wasn't long before Kiran went con artist full time, running various schemes for cash or fencing stolen merchandise. He got better at his work as time

He currently owns a pawn shop known as Lazer's Pawn, which he won in a game of cards off of some weirdo who opened the place up in the 80's. The name struck him as wonderfully stupid (he's not sure, but he thinks the previous owner may have been on American Gladiators), and so he never changed it. Lazer's is mostly a front for money laundering and moving stolen merchandise, but Kiran is working very hard to put up a front that he's just a respectable small business owner. Everyone has their suspicions about him, but so far, no one's had any proof that's managed to stick.

What I'm looking for AU CR Wise:Everything Do you need your character to owe money to someone? Do you need someone to owe money to your character? Has your character had a few brushes with the wrong side of the law or do they work in law enforcement? Have you ever wanted to play out a scene from Pawn Stars with someone offering your character a fraction of whatever something's worth? Do you want that one really weird kind of shameful relative no one ever talks about? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then I am here for you, friend.

This was pointed out to me for a potential AU relation (also it's really great to see Angel Sanctuary characters here). AU Kaltz is around 38-40, but it's still possible he has a much younger sibling (half if you want a different last name than Gutermuth (Derived from the Middle High German words guot meaning "good" and muot meaning "mind or spirit". It also means "good spirit, good cheer". It was a name for an optimistic person.), which was chosen for purely ironic purposes. This would result in the fun time of them being an old angel and a very young devil post-Awakening, at approximate opposite morality points.

At this point, Kaltz comes along with two children (Ankh and Gladion) - Gladion's player pointed this out to me, and I think Ankh's would be OK with it.

So this son is gonna be of the modeling/idol thing as well as college and will probably be so busy that he may forget how to do some things. Having family to make sure he stays healthy would be a good thing, right?
