WELCOME TO THE FIRST PLANNING POST!

Congratulations on being accepted into the game. Now let's have a big meeting post, plan and have fun together!

AU PLANNING

The AU in this game is completely player's choice. We encourage you to take a look at the city and plan accordingly! Your AU information can be added to your character hub, should you desire. As long as it is available somewhere, and others can take a quick glance and know what the character's AU is.

We only ask that you try to keep everything tasteful and respect our decision if we feel you're going too far. As the game begins, you are free to continue using this post to plan or ask the mods first-post related questions. We'll do our best to answer in a timely manner!

The city of Eddan is very much a typical metropolis, so your characters can have any job that would make sense in a busy city. They don't have to be restricted to the school, or have a school job. If you're not sure, don't be shy about asking. There's a lot of freedom!

There is also a randomized AU signup if you'd like to leave it to chance who your family members are and establish pre-game CR with new people. But if you'd rather leave it for now and wait for other app turns, that's also fine!

The first log will be posted on MAY 13TH. Please vote on what time you want it to be posted. We'll go with player majority! (As a note, this will be done for all rounds).

Hey, uncle on her mom's side both explains the different last names and gives him more reason to stick around.

He's also an ex motorcycle racer! (Ex because he got busted for rigging races; just a paragon of honesty over here.) The coolest. If she ever wants to show up at school on a motorcycle, he can arrange for that.

Even if not the dorms, how does Alucard feel about gardening or the greenhouse? Because when this kid isn't nerding about in the library, that's where he'll be ha ha.

Alucard has to study a lot for his graduate work so they could meet at the library. I am not certain how he feels about gardening. He doesn't dislike it but unless someone said "LET ME SHOW YOU HOW COOL THIS IS" he wouldn't go there ordinarily.

I love how there's quietly but surely a nerd club gathering starting up in the library. But maybe that's to be expected in this kind of school.

And no worries, Alucard, he saves any gushing exclusively about Xane Daimon, and is quiet otherwise lmao.

If Genda has some impression of Dio being an okay person before Awakening it can lead to horrible shenanigans later on because, considering Genda's canon Dio getting a few times to throw his new powers at Genda can happen. All because his canon took soccer practice and dialed the intensity up to ridiculous levels.

Nothing can ever be easy and this is one of those. Also I just wanted an excuse to get him into shit via train delays causing him to be out past curfew

I am so excited for battle penguins okay. Maybe, we can at least get general ideas of one since we know they'll invade it the moment they get settled again.

Clubs, Businesses, and Volunteer Work

Like the tin says. Since a lot of the students are in clubs, some people own or work for a business, or is that guy always doing charity work. I figured having a place to hash out such things could be helpful.

Tell us about your clubs, or your business and if you're looking for any part timers to work there, or maybe find some volunteer buddies to go clean up parks or visit the elderly.

Dojo

Makoto Gen works at a dojo, where he also trains. He probably teaches some of the younger classes while he works on getting even higher levels of belts. idk what style he would be doing, technically, but yeah.

Xane spends...probably more time doing volunteer work than he really should while still in college, but he can't help that he's a sucker for a sob story. He especially tends to do work for/with children, so he's probably met other people with a soft spot for kids in need. And, you know, kids who need someone to give them a hand.

I know Alastor's not spilling about it. It wouldn't be nearly as good a place to hide from his manager and nap between classes if everyone knew he did that.

Definitely! Xane's generally a people person, so it's really easy to meet him. Well, when he's not hiding out in the counselor's office to sneak in a nap between classes...

yes please classmates pleased! I've settled on in the same class as Jaune, so higher cycle.

So many girls jealous of him wow. Study buddies might be interesting? from what I know of Erica she's a genius, and so is he, so they'd be a good match for giving their teachers headaches by going way beyond the project requirements productive study sessions.

By the way, Alastor has a beautiful voice, so it would be entirely understandable if Alucard's been trying to convince Xane to find time to join a music class...

Higher cycle it is! \o/ Erica's 18, so she fit in either senior/higher anyway.

She'd only be mostly jealous in this AU, given he has a perfect family and she has... well. Featherine, but she's much more capable of working past it here. Study buddies works perfectly! She's only a genius in the right situations (she can be... very very dumb when under pressure) but luckily anything academical is right up her alley. I think everyone'd dread anything they collaborate on, tbh.

I dunno how they'd meet (he's in the higher cycle) but tbh P2 and PMMM are both suffering and I want to see the fallout upon Awakening. Also because he will probably legitimately like her.
