Although mainly what caught my attention was him in the gardening club! "Ciro" has plans to major in botany once he reaches and finishes his senior cycle, so he'd definitely be hanging around the greenhouse and probably just get absorbed into the gardening club (possibly by Haruka?) just from being around there so much ha ha.
